The hotel is situated in the middle of an industrial estate which means that there are limited shops and restaurants available as the center of Englewood is around 2 -3 miles away. There is a good pizzeria, a small general store and hairdresser who service the residents living in the flats around the corner from the hotel. The hotel itself is clean although the rooms are not very big. The choice at breakfast is very good and there is a bar which is open the evenings. There is also a small shop next to the reception area which sells water, cereal bars, baskets of fresh fruit etc. and is reasonably priced. Although there is a heated pool the area itself is not attractive and the towels were of poor quality, also there is no shower in this area. There is free wi-fi available and it is air conditioned.
