It's hard to believe there was a time before the Great Meals Truck Renaissance, now that the city's flooded with mobile eateries daily during the week, we'll never ever be able to go back to the days of microwaving a leftover Hot Pocket in the windowless break rooms at our job. These dishes on wheels come in all form of wonderful cuisines-- Greek, Indian, Oriental, Philadelphian-- and park in different areas each day (even if they don't drive down frequently enough to the exact spot we are located at sufficient for our tastes).
