This facility is an absolute joke! On September 4, 2019 I moved in with a 26 foot truck full of furniture and documents and was told to fill out the paper work afterwards as I had the first month for free. When I finished moving into my unit and paying my workers to move my belongings in the unit and the front desk Manager Yohan, then requested that I pay them for a second month of $479 plus a $20 administration fee, etc and did not give me the $20 Amazon Gift Card as specifically advertised and promised by Spare Foot who apparently is a third party marketing company. I explained that I called in and was told that I could move my belongings out at any time and was never told about this second month requirement and how this should have been disclosed to me prior to me spending several hours moving into the unit.
